WEST CLUB VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE INFORMATION
13U to 16U
​Our goal at West is to provide an opportunity for young athletes to play the game they love!
​
We are excited to offer a more inexpensive way for our families to train, practice, and play club volleyball.
​
Our West Club Volleyball League is an in house skill development program for those families that are looking to be multi sport athletes or are not ready to
commit to playing volleyball three days a week and traveling on the weekends.
Our program is also perfect for players that were not yet sucessfull at making a competitive club team.​
Joining our West Volleyball League will help you to continue to development and improve your volleyball skills while helping you to learn game strategy
during our scheduled game play.
Our West Volleyball League will include 32 athletes that will practice, train, and compete against each other during the season.
Our West League will run from December to the end of April. Players will practices and train together two days a week during the season for a total of 30 court times. We will train on the court in NW Calgary Mondays to Fridays from 6:30 to 8:00 pm or 8:00 to 9:30 pm.
Once our roster is complete, 8 players will get drafted by our coaches onto one of four teams. These 4 teams will compete against each other throughout the season in scheduled games, skill competitions, and round robin tournament play.
Our West Club Volleyball League does not include or require: AVA Fees; Travel costs; AVA tournaments; or Hotels. All of our games are local and scheduled throughout the season.
Fees for our West Club Volleyball League are $1500 and includes 30 practice dates, 6 tournament dates, a custom team jersey, and a practice t-shirt.

Athletes will receive amazing skill instruction and learn game play knowledge from Coach Zack and his coaching team all season long!
​
Players will need to tryout for a spot on this team. Tryout registrations are now open.

JOIN TEAM WEST
Players that are interested in joining our club are encouraged to register for and attend our Spring, Summer and/or Fall Training. It is the best way to get to know our coaches and for our coaches to get to know you.
15U AND 16U WEST COMPETITIVE CLUB TEAMS
Athletes who are interested in joining one of our Competitive Club Teams must meet the following criteria:

Have a great work ethic and be coachable

Our 15U and 16U West Club Season will include the following:

Our Club Season will run from December to May and will include:
​
3 practices a week in NW Calgary
​​
1 pre-season tournament
​
US Tournament in Phoenix, AZ (Feb. 13 to 17, 2025 - Flights/Hotels not included in fees)

All AVAs and Provincials
​
Nationals (Location TBD)
​​
Player hotel rooms for the AVAs in Edmonton​
​

Liability Insurance
​​
(Team Clothing and Jerseys are not included - Requirement for all new players)

Fees for the season will be finalized after the release of the AVA schedule.
​
We estimate that fees for the season will be around $3600
​
Athletes that are offered a spot to play on one of our teams for the 2025 season will be required to pay a $500 non-refundable security deposit which will go towards the fees for the upcoming season.
